I’m Jennifer. I’m a personal trainer who believes your body changes fastest when your mindset finally catches up.
I started my fitness career 18 years ago as a barre instructor and studio owner. And for a long time, that season fit. Lighter weights, higher reps, chasing the burn. But as my life changed, my body needed something different. What worked in my 20s and 30s stopped working in my 40s. So I changed my tune.
I shifted toward heavy strength training, progressive overload, and actually eating enough to support muscle. Not because barre is bad, but because seasons change and smart training should change with them.
Today, I work primarily with women in their 40s and beyond who are tired of doing “all the right things” and still not seeing results. You don’t need another detox, another bootcamp, or another plan that treats you like you’re fragile. You need real strength training, enough food to support it,, and a mindset that stops talking you out of consistency.
My coaching focuses on building strong, capable bodies that hold up in real life. We’re not chasing skinny. We’re building muscle, resilience, and confidence that doesn’t disappear the moment life gets messy.
